Final registration and Candy Pickup for our Spring 2012 Season will be this Saturday, January 14th at the Central Park pavilion from 9am to 2pm.
To register, please fill out the attached form (Also available on our website at www.manhattanball.com ) , print it, sign it, and bring it with you to registration with your check made out to MYAA.
For clarity, if you would, please type into the form and print it as opposed to hand writing, it makes it easier for our volunteers to enter the information into our database. You cannot save a filled out form on your computer, so please print it once it is filled out. Don't forget to sign the form after printing it, and include your check for payment.
Registrations will be taken on a first come, first serve basis, based on when they are received (Or postmarked). Registrations received without payment will not be considered complete until payments are made. If your child will be part of a division that is typically low in numbers, please be sure to register them early. Once teams are filled, a waiting list will be created until enough players register to form another team.
If you wish to be considered for a position as a Team Manager or Team Assistant Manager, please complete the last page of the registration form and return it with your child's registration. In addition, please email us at baseball@manhattanball.com and let us know what level and capacity you would like to help out!
