Softball

Our spring recreational softball program is divided into four divisions, based on age.

Please refer to the following, to determine what division your child is eligible to play in.

Girls age as of 09/01/2010

Ages 5-6 play in our T-Ball co-ed division.  All games are played at MJHS. Girls age 6, may decide between T-ball and Instructional. 

Ages 6-8 play in our Instructional division.  All games are played at MJHS.

Ages 9-10 play in our Pixie division.  This division is a travel league and games are played in Manhattan and surrounding communities.

Ages 11-12 play in our Minor division.  This division is a travel league and games are played in Manhattan and surrounding communities.

Ages 13-14 play in our Junior division.  This division is also a travel league and games are played in Manhattan and surrounding communities.

 Instructional and Pixie evaluations will take place over a series of indoor practices starting in late January / early February.  Every effort is being taken to give all coaches adequate time to evaluate our youngest players prior to drafting the teams.
